Look like fun but weak

Passive is easily abusable, especially by mobile characters
Q is just a slow skillshot that doesnt even punish hard if you eat it
W force you to hit the closer dude, forcing you to unload your AA on a tank instead of a crucial DPS
E is just a charge that reward "offensive play" in a teamfight situation, fuck you in the rest
R is a slow skillshot, doesnt really punish hard if you hit, unless if it's a low HP enemy, then it's a kill and a "fun effect"

It look like the kind of character that you love having as your lane opponent because of how easy it is to ignore his kit
