Core gameplay, weapon stats, movement, mechanics are literally straight out of CoD4. Not joking. But then they added new weapons locked out behind loot crates.

It's not worth it on PC. Questionable performance, horrible stuttering in single player, when you'll launch the multiplayer for the first time you'll have to wait 20-40 minutes for shader caching.
Not to mention there are more people playing original CoD4 on Steam ALONE than MWR.
And there are no dedicated servers, just MW2-styled matchmaking with chosen hosts. While BO2 had matchmaking, there were dedicated servers, telling this just to show contrast.

Anyway, either play original on PC, or get the console version. It's not worth it on PC.
