Everything listed in the OP can occur from nearly any overindulged stationary activity, key word being overindulged, doing it in moderation has pretty much no negative consequences unlike everything in your shitty bait list which will immediately give you problems.

If you really want to quit games then learn how to quit a habit from nofap. The same fucking theory behind it, but at least it's free.

I never had attention problems until I started getting access to thousands of games for cheap/free, thousands of films at the touch of a button and instant connection to friends online.
Now I can barely play games these days since I'd rather just flick through netflix's or through a gigantic suggestions chain on youtube.
I'd imagine if I played mobile games that i'd be even worse but thank god I had the taste to never touch any.
