Nobody knows how Metroids actually work.
All they know is they drain the "life force" from their victims, but nodody knows what this life force is either.

When the Metroids evolve, do they still suck your energy? In Metroid II they just act like regular boogity monsters.

The Xenomorph is the penultimate stage in the evolution, the metroid depicted is the larva stage.

Normally you would pitch either a facehugger or a chestburster against a Metroid Larva.

A fully grown Xenomorph would be against an Omega Metroid I guess?
