Probably a game where you play as a field agent going on missions to secure anomalous objects from other GoIs. The missions could either be procedurally generated, or carefully crafted. The former would be better for replayability, but the latter would probably be more fun.

You'd have to fight/stealth/puzzle your way into obtaining the object, find out what it does, escape with your life, then find a way to contain it..Safe/Euclid SCPs can be used on other missions after you've catalogued them.

It would be easy to make a SPC game and I have very limited knowledge of them.

You basically take the difficulty of Dark Souls and apply it to Resident Evil Outbreak. You have 6 players awake in a somewhat dark room, filled with corpses, inside a containment location, with everything having gone to shit. Your objective is to obviously escape the location alive. Teamwork would be key to everything. Toss in a bit of TECHNOLOGY, and you have a hit.

Actually, one story circulating about is that Procedure 110-Montauk is just that, a D-Class telling stories to the girl.

The elder god in question that the 7 girls were containing is implied to be one of the SCPs already in the Foundation. The story states that since the god is asleep and only sees the big picture, it can't tell the actual thing from just rumors. It sees the fears, disgust, and horror of Foundation personnel, and equates it to the real thing.
