>hear people talking about Miyazaki
>interject with retarded Souls opinion
>wtf are you talking about, we're discussing anime
Damn japs and their tiny language.

Damn, I did not know I could like him more than I do now.

Why does /a/ hate him so much for criticizing moe anime?
It's very unnatural that they act like this towards Miyazaki
I don't think anyone in the industry is truly like Miyazaki. They would have to have had a lot of impact, value games that are traditional and creator driven, have a disdain for current trends and attitudes, and still be respected on top of that.
The video game industry has always been about pushing forward and what's new. Anyone who is not keeping up with the times is looked down upon no matter how much impact they've had in the past.

>calls out moe garbage
But he's made lots of 'moe garbage' like Kiki and Totoro, the kind of stuff you faggots would hate if it wasn't made by him. Miyazaki started off as a simple waifufag who fell in love with the heroine of the Panda and the Magic Serpent and was inspired by the movie to become an animator.
/a/ will just call him out on any hypocrisy and idiocy. But it's never really about him because he usually has more complex opinions than "waah moe is killing anime X(", it's about kind of people using him to shitpost on the board.
