It's deviantart bait and one of the 3 very mediocre clones of OOT alone with WW and SS.

Most 2D Zelda's subvert Zelda 1 and ALTTP's designs enough to feel like different games. MM and BOTW are the only 3D Zelda's that do this to the OOT framework.

Personally I thought the setting it tried to create fell short and only shone through character design, because the characters themselves are mostly unlikable and unmemorable except for Midna herself who's most certainly my favourite partner in the series, though that's not exactly a high standard.

The dungeons I felt were simply annoying and not enjoyable to go through, especially with things like slow walking through sections of the fire dungeon with the magnet boots.

The combat system tried to expand on 3D Zelda by adding multiple learnable moves except apparently the staff behind this had zero interaction with the people behind the enemy design because the first fucking move you learn is already overpowered and kills enemies instantly the moment you knock them down. The only enemy I feel was benefitted by the combat were darknuts but they are VERY rare and only appear late in the game.

The wolf sections felt like a chore, especially collecting the shiny bug things in every area, it just feels unfinished.

Zant seemed interested up until lolganon, doesn't help that the Ganondorf fight was very disappointing.

I don't hate TP I just think it's mediocre compared to most other Zelda games, it's not as bad as Skyward Sword that's for sure.

It was my first 3d zelda so I am biased towards it but I still think that the magnet boots were lame, and was trying a bit too hard to be dark, especially with that scene where link is surrounded by his edge fag versions

Used to love it, but BotW has brought its flaws to light. Why is hyrule field just a corridor/open plains? Why are the special moves so insanely overpowered? Why are there not one but two escort missions? Why are the bosses such a complete joke despite looking awesome? And strangest of all, why is there a sepia filter over the entire game? I remember playing on my old CRT, I couldn't see jack shit.
