PS4 is only as powerful as a computer from 5 years ago
400$ one time fee for 5 years
1000$ one time fee plus 400$ every other year to account for graphics card/misc upgrades. plus cheating is rampant
Hmmm. i play video games on the side, so ill probably get the ps4

>plus 400$ every other year to account for graphics card/misc upgrades
t. Has never built a PC, I've gone 5+ years without upgrades before and I didn't even need to upgrade when I did, my old shit ran games better than any console still.
>>383179189
>400$ one time fee for 5 years
closer to $600 and +$60 per a game. Also, the way the market is going, it's going to be around once every 2-3 years now.
>1000$ one time fee plus 400$ every other year to account for graphics card/misc upgrades.
Close to $1200 for something quality. It should last you at least 8 years or more. People still use sandy bridge CPU's and 780ti's and they can play AAA games at medium/high setting still which is still looking better than new consoles. Games also tend to be much cheaper when you consider the insane sales steam and other services do, I have never seen something 90% off on a console store that was worth buying.

not to match graphics in ops pic

>plus cheating is rampant
Cheating is just as rampant on console. It might be harder to mod a console but it doesn't seem to stop the people willing to cheat.
>>383179705
That doesn't even look good.

>paid 600 for my pc back before the ps4 was a thing
>haven't upgraded since then
>pc is equivalent to a ps4, literally the same specs
>actually made return investment on the pc
Why are consoleniggers so bad with money?

Computer graphics, will look better even dated. This is because a lot of details and textures aren't hard removed out like they are on their console-lite versions. This means even dated PC hardware will produce better graphics.

Is it worth pirating?

plus $60 for every game, plus $200 a month for online, plus $1000 a month for the newest Pro editions, plus $80,000 every other year for the newest one that comes out with no backwards compatibility. Consoles are not cheaper than PCs, when will this meme fucking die already

I like how that's just base graphics too, throw mods in and pc looks like real life
