As a puyo fag I disagree. Tetris does require practice for you to actually be a threat to other players. The average tetris shitter plays so slowly that all of their attacks do nothing to you.

Yes, as an introduction to Puyo's gameplay, since most of the best modes of Puyo are not present and you can play Tetris to offset how bad you probably are at Puyo. Unfortunately, The story of PPT expects you to know everything about Puyo's characters already, so some jokes are gonna fly right over your head.

I tested it myself once and wrote down the results on a notepad file.

Wii U:

Combos can vary in power depending on some factors, of course, but I tried doing similar 10-combos in both versions and the wii u one came out to 132 garbage while switch came out to 55.

Is there a PPT calculator to determine the amount of damage Tetris does to Puyo and vice versa in both Versus and Swap modes? I noticed a Tetris perfect clear does 7-8 lines of garbage to Puyo in Swap compared to 5 in Versus.

Problem here is the puyo player sent his chain to early, if he just waited for the tetris player to finish he could just gotten a 13 chain insted of the 24 chain and made his chain bigger to counter. Also S2PID rarely fights tetris players so he doesn't know what to do in these situations.
