When they originally pitched it, they said it was intended to be a sidegrade to base classes, but every single one is just plain superior to their base class. If you wanted to stay competitive, you HAD to get the elite specialization, which in turn further limits build diversity. It might be slightly better now that there's two elite specializations instead of one, but I don't trust them to not fuck everything up again.

I can't be hyped about mounts either, because that leak stated that it's going to be similar to gliding.

Druids have significantly superior sustain and an extra skill bar. While they might sacrifice a little DPS for this, it's going to be the better option 9/10 times in PvP and WvW. The only situation I can imagine where it wouldn't be useful is if you're doing a berserker dungeon run, and even then Druid has that glyph which provides a 10% damage bonus.

It turn from being a causul mmo (it fucking not since Ascended and level 80 is a thing) to a grind fest with the Mastery. Elite spec pretty much make PvP P2W now. Oh and they outright lie about the expansion being completed. They didn't bother finishing all the new Legendary set and instead of fixing that, they had another team make another expansion while shitting out more cash shop shit that should have been in the expansion.
