Pretty much when his portrait changed into the psycho crazy eyes look. Before that he was a 8/10 fun justicefag character who you loved to hate, into a generic cliche crazy villain.

The fact that the cognitive version killed him in the end is the best part of the whole game. He was his worst enemy the whole time
