Either of the Chinese periods I mentioned lasted a few hundred years, which isn't what they are going for with Saga. Conflicts that lasted maybe a few decades or less. Its why they showed Ireland in the reveal.

It will be also difficult to expand immediately since you do not want a same-faction aggro penalty.

Teclis will be slightly harder since he's in range against Lord Kek and zombie pirates.

Lord Kek and T-Rex captain will be the same difficulty as dorfs aka not difficult at all.

I don't think they will add Delf continent because the winter and Chaos attrition is pretty much OP so I assume that Delfs will play similarly as Chaos/Beastmen.

I still can't believe how easy it was. Good units, good technology in small amount of time, good leaders, good starting point away from Chaos and VC that give PO penalties and halt your empire's growth...

I was basically done by turn 75 with the campaign and the rest was just running after chaos units and claiming the territories of the north side of the map until I got the win conditions met.

Dorfs are pretty much OP in the campaign since they have great units even with the lack of meme cavalry.

These new races won't hold a candle to Dorfs since they lack two areas.

Helfs don't have artillery other than Bolt Throwers, their infantry is on the same powerlevel as the Empire and their archers are literally reskinned Welfs.

Delfs are pretty much Chaos Helfs.

Lizardmen lack missile units and their artillery is pretty shit with shit range. They're very similar to VC since they rely on monsters (dinosaurs) for the heavy lifting. Their Saurus units are pretty much on par with Black Orkz but much tankier and their skinks are as worthless as gobbos.

Skaven will be the most balanced race out there, but their army composition and unit stats are yet to be seen.
