You know you can own physical games and still cfw your 3DS though, right? In fact because of region locking, your physical collecting options are restricted. I mostly cfw to play games that the 3DS otherwise would never be able to play: GBA games, some of which I already own. Also romhacks are really nice.

new IP. it's more or less zelda with sim elements. you mostly fight monsters outside and in dungeons. when you go back to your oasis you can restock shops, grow crops, and craft, although the sim stuff is fairly basic.
