I picked the lg because it has the fastest response time for 4k tvs on the market currently. The tv is fantastic so far, and I have not noticed any delay in my inputs. It is only 60hz however, but I was more focused on an immersive wall for my single player games. (Cs go might not be the best due to refresh rate.)

The picture quality is insane, and the depth of color is fantastic. Mirrors edge catalyst was an amazing game to test the screen out, and I play Doom4 quite often.

Unlike games, figures routinely and often gain value pretty quickly on the secondhand market after release. Popular figures routinely sell out on preorder. While games ultimately gain value over time, it's not to the same degree as figures which are manufactured and released as limited edition, limited run items (barring the odd reprint) in Japan.

For example, I own the Duel with Destiny (Anime purple color, pictured) Dark Magician figure, made by Kotobukiya. I preordered him for $70, including shipping, taxes, conversion rate at the time, etc.

Even if I didn't want these things anymore, I could sell them at slight profit, and they'd still easily sell to other collectors.

Well 60k might sound like a lot, but if you look up starting pay for Computer Engineering, and factor in my 5 years of professional work experience, I'm actually underpaid (and most government contracts are like this, as government contracts get awarded to the lowest bidder that meets minimum government-regulated stipulations.)

The Hammarp countertop is sold unfinished, and requires sanding and sealing before usage, otherwise you're dealing with a rough surface.

If you want a completely finished surface, but without the price or work of doing it yourself, look for the Ikea Karlby countertop. It's real wood veneer over a particleboard core. It's a fan that sucks in air through a loose filter and HEPA filters. Alone, it can't circulate air and dust enough so that the air purifier can grab the dust throughout the room, but with good circulation and a high enough speed setting it'll capture a good amount of the dust in the air.

NOTE: An air purifier is not a replacement for vacuuming/dusting. While it can help a lot, particularly for asthmatic people, in between vacuuming, you should still vacuum as only high quality vacuums really remove built up dust.
