$900 for a GPU? A 1080ti is 600 to 700 and you don't have to get a 1080 to play the emulator. And the CPU is around $200. And if you already have a PC or are going to get one anyways there is very little reason to go out and get a ps3 and this is coming from someone who currently owns one.
