I will say the game has a focus on dialog and character reactions
the camera constantly zooms in on her face when she talks to others
she is so ugly that it is actually distracting
it is extremely jarring when compared to how gorgeous the over world is
Aloy is some ME Andromeda level shit
it is a glaring flaw that is hard to ignore

if she looked at least somewhat decent no one would complain
this shouldn't have been an issue but guerrilla games purposely made her ugly
the original character art had a much better looking girl
