There's an ancient evil all sealed and stuff.
Its leaking all over the place and getting stuff messy.
It requires the sacrifice of a great hero to re-seal the cork on the evil-holding bottle.
You have to go be amazing until you are great enough to be worthy of being sacrificed, re-seal the bottle and save the world for x-hundred years till it starts leaking again.

Or you can become so awesome you are the most awesome guy around, then smash the shit out of that bottle. Fucks up things pretty hard but there's no more evil leaking out and the problem is forever solved.

Basically Dark Souls.

My attacks are doing 1 damage now after I played with some mods. The normal damage when you start out is 5. I didn't realize this for a while and wondered why everything was so hard

I want to like this game, but the input lag is pissing me the fuck off. It runs fine in windowed mode, smooth as butter. If I go full screen, it resets the resolution and I'm fucked.

Why the shit wont this game say at a lower resolution when it hits full screen?

Basically, people lived by being controlled by a bug queen. They felt nothing, they were like worker ants. Then a dragon died and brought new bugs and he killed that queen and sealed her away and gave people technology and self awareness. The god bug is breaking her seal which is making people go nuts/worker ant mode again.
