Best strat, close every fucking door behind you to make the other players think a place isn't looted. As soon as you hear a footstep (provided you have a good headset), stop dead in your tracks as long as you are not by a window. They come to you every fucking time and it still feels good. I know i've scared the shit out of hundreds of people in this game.

I don't get the complaints about the playerzone. It makes early game and late game significantly different and gives you an additional factor to take into consideration whenever you're making a decision.

I wish there were different versions. Single player stays as is. Duo has 200% more time between zone shrinks. Squad plays like duo, except squad can respawn off each other (Long spawn times, like 60s out of combat). They add in 2 more maps (Desert and winter versions?) plus an "odd" mode like official zombies mode then they'd have a great seller on their hands

100+ hours and 3+ months later: directional audio still sucks big juicy donkey balls.
And it's really a pity, since I think it's the only big flaw this game has.

What do I need to do for houses to load when I drop? I have to willingly freeze my game for 2 minutes for shit to start working properly. I am forced to drop in the middle of fucking nothing so I don't get killed while frozen.

At this point I don't even give a shit about getting the drop on players anymore.
Why even get a 8x scope on your gun if you will have to hit the target sixteen times before he drops? By the third shot he already knows where you are and will be under cover.

I'm sick shooting drivers on the head numerous times and they just brush it off like it's nothing.
Now I just camp on a house with a shotgun and hope for the best.

The circle RNG spawns are pretty much the true determining factor on who gets top 10, especially in areas with weird terrain, wheat fields, or buildings. Just getting to sit in a building for 5 circles in a row literally wins games.

How the fuck does sound work in this game? I can never determine where shots come from, especially if its sniper.

My friend bought it for me so we can play together. But I've caught myself playing alone a good few times. I like the idea of collecting items and sneaking around a lot. It's the first game to really get my art pumping when there's only 10 or so people left and you have to check every step.
Don't get me wrong it's twitch/Youtube bait, but with a few tweaks this can be a very good fuck around game.

There really needs to be a smaller break down of the server regions. I get that they want to group people as quick as possible so matches don't take even longer to start. But when the netcode can range from perfect insync all the way too "it'll take 4 of you with AKMs and Kar98s to knock me down", having just NA and the like isn't do so well.
