Lilac in her FP2 design looks more dull. In either case she's the least memorable of the 3 main characters. Carol always upstaged her in this like the soundtrack cover art for a reason.

This. Freedom planet actually had some great designs that would be liked a lot more if the people playing it didn't have to sit through cringey fanfic. The cut scenes go so far with the story it actively hurts everything. Now instead of just fun design and interesting move sets with maybe a few brief story moments, you get awkwardly written sleep over moment that takes 10 minutes after the first level that serves no purpose.
