Terraria is wonderful. I just keep playing it and doing the same things over and over. It's still so much fun.

Little Big Planet is downright a bad platformer. The level editing is adorable but the jumping-- those physics feel like I'm jerking a puppet upward. Nothing is satisfying about moving in LBP. Between that and SA2, a buggy and gimmick-filled game, you need to play good platformers with refined core mechanics.

not all of the game was about platforming. the second game brought the "Controlinator" allowing you to build vehicles and such used to navigate levels. the platforming never bothered me anyway.

Not him but Space Stage with the Galactic Adventures expansion can be fun. Still bland as fuck gameplay but terraforming planets, making contact with other empires and in general seeing your little creature ascend to a galactic meganation is pretty cool. I put 200 hours into this game
