They cancelled X-Play and AoTS because they were going to rebrand the channel to Esquire. Then they decided to choose a different channel to rebrand, leaving G4 with just reruns until it was killed off in 2014.

Up until 2016, G4 Canada was running new daily episodes of Electric Playground. Reruns of that and Reviews on the Run/Judgment Day dominated the schedule. Now? It's whatever garbage the channel owner has in their library.
