He is a complete fucking moron who thinks Dagon is going to make it all roses when Nirn relocates to Oblivion but in his goals he is far more successful and dangerous than Jagar Tharn and Dagoth Ur.

Akatosh is so little a threat the Nords take their shitty civil war more seriously. He is defeated by ghosts and an idiot who speaks pig dragon. His goals, a low-effort standard by any account, are to essentially just eat everyone. He fails to do this, he fails to do anything. I'm not even sure why they bothered to shove him into a time cannon and throw him into the future to be someone else's problem, it probably had something to do with an actual threat.

TES antagonists are absolute disasters, and the most successful one of them isn't even on OP's list, because the dragon broke, and nobody can work out what the FUCK happened in Hammerfell.

Skyrim massively fucked up Alduin and made him nothing more than a black skinned dragon. Surprisingly, no. It's still effective but even with tons of mods, higher leveled enemies aren't as easy to put down with pure archery and stealth.
