What's your favorite final bosses in the series?

The final bosses really aren't a big highlight. They're usually the game trying to do "grand by weird".

Of the ones I beat (4, 5, 6, 7, 9) - I guess Kefka and the nonsense at the end of 9?

Sephiroth makes for the best final boss battle, but Exdeath is my favorite just because of how campy FF V is. Ardyn is the most /fa/ and had potential to be the best, but they shit the bed with him like they did with most things in XV.
