Mostly for lore purposes, and that it doesn't REALLY do anything new, mechanically. I think there's merit to any game in the series, personally, but I only argue BB as the best one.

Sorry I just can't agree. With every other Souls game (EVERY other one) I can say I missed something my first time through and warrant another playthrough. Just can't with Dark Souls 3.

After playing them all, I conclude that none of the games are good. Way too many obvious flaws carried over from game to game because they knew people would buy them regardless.
