knowledge ill give you. Johnson knew what he knew basically.

But hes a clone of big boss just like liquid and solid, hes a super soldier and he was a career soldier and was in the liberian civil war which is how he met raiden. he just has advanced aging to fit the presidential age requirement, which is why he has grey hair even though hes the same age as solid.

I would say he has a bit more skill than the average president.

Skill as a soldier, yes, but never in the game do you see him actually outsmart anybody. He was a pawn the entire time. I really like him and wish this was not the case, but he was not that impressive as a character. He could have been used a lot better. At least have Ocelot be somewhat loyal to him, like in the original plan.

Also everyone was a pawn, especially in mgs2. Snake gets setup on the tanker, raiden is a pawn, solidus is a pawn, deadcell were pawns. Ocelot and the patriots play everybody for the sake of the S3 plan.

him being a pawn or not outsmarting anybody has nothing to do with anons argument that he was no better than a regular president.

The ocelots were great, Solidus was OK in my opinion, but the actual implementation and execution in MGS2 was great, The Joy was fucking incredible, Hot coldman was fun, Armstrong was super fun, and Skullface could've been great if he wasn't so underutilized, or if MGSV was actually finished.
