Don't install Wesp patch + version for your first playthrough though, it'll add out of place/unintended music in a lot of places and some unfinished content.

Fucking this. I've got a high tolerance when it comes to dated and clunky gameplay (I was able to adapt to morrowind fine after playing Skyrim/Oblivion first) but Gothic is another level of hot garbage.
