Merkava is still as good as he was, but other characters got stronger Fuck Byakuya, so he might have a harder time in some matchups. Yuzu is probably okay, probably. She was always a "well I don't have trouble fighting against her" kind of character, though. Her strength depends a lot on how patient your opponent is willing to be.

The bottom bar is the GrD bar. It fills up if you run towards the opponent, do a universal assault dash, blocking correctly, and hitting the opponent. If you have more squares filled out when the circle around the bar fills, you gain Vorpal state that buffs your damage output but also gives you the cancel which also gives you meter depending on how many squares you had.
