There was only 2 games but the sequel is the better one of the two.

Its about as popular as this game is so I thought people who played Ever Oasis would also know of dark cloud I guess not then.

I'm a little bit disappointed as I hoped the Oasis building aspect of it would be a bit more involved and that the townspeople would be more customizable. That being said, I'm still enjoying it, just not as much as I thought I would. Just got to the Forgotten Forest dungeon.
Somewhat disappointed that Esna did not evolve into a new more milfy form every time you gave her a Lumite.

The AI isn't too bad at dodging, but they never manage to roll out of the way of the Spikydillo's ground smash attack. They just stand around like a bunch of casseroles and get slammed.

I just had the second chaos wave hit my town. I've got the mission Ocean Necropolis, but I can't get through Glow-Fossil Cavern. The one room leads to a balcony, and the other has an ability none of my townspeople have. (A staff.)

Almost done with Temple of Trials. I don't mind the game but its a fucking warpathon, I'm getting tired as fuck of warping back to change my party every fucking time I enter a new room.

This is probably the biggest problem with the game. A room will have spots that require the skills of like five different characters all at once. And you'll need to activate at least three of them (not even counting Green Gale) to get through the room.

I love the music in this game so much.

The best weapon is whatever your enemy is weak to. Try to diversify your party's weapons, and don't feel like you need to play as Tethu at all times. Experience seems to be elastic, so any resident will be up to snuff in less than 10 minutes, even if you'd never fought as them before. The only fights that have felt like a chore, were flying enemies I wasn't equipped for, and quest bosses who had 10 levels on me.
