Realms of Fate just opened in the game last patch, basically screwing up the Scrolls of Fate Itherael was watching over and now the fate of humans/nephilem is completely unwritten and even Itherael doesn't know what's going to happen with the humans and the Eternal Conflict. At the very least it's open for them to pick up on whenever they want.
