Nier 1 and Automata are probably tied for me.

The first game probably had my favorite tracks overall, but Automata did a better job of keeping its best music from feeling over-used during dramatic moments.

I think the twisted stuff that plays during the cosmic horror scenes fits perfectly. And Growing Wings is top tier.
