Although I believe The Witcher 3 to be a very well crafted game with an exceptional amount of care put into it I can understand why fans of the preceding two installments in the franchise were disappointed by certain aspects of the game.

Also doesn't help that Eredin was a far less exciting boss fight than Imlerith and Caranthir. Hell, I'd go so far as to say that he wasn't really any better than most contract monsters were.

Reminder that to this day, Skyrim, a 2011 game, has more players than Witcher 3, a 2016 game.

I really liked the game and consider it a 10/10 but one thing always bothered me.

It always felt like there should be a chain of quest relating to Hemmelfart.
We only see him twice I believe, once through the megascope and once in a cutscene.
In a game with so many quests and so many characters fleshed out it's just weird we never got to interact with him in any decisive manner.
Even more so considering all the shit that's going down in Novigrad.
