oh your HDD is bugged.
This is actually a very easy fix. If you weren't a screaming idiot, you would know it.
Sometimes the HDD gets shifted around so an easy fix is to take a magnet and going across the TOP from RIGHT to LEFT slowly.
Then reset your system. It will go into Safe Mode. After that just turn off console and back on.

The PS4 and Xbox One automatically record games but the footage isn't saved and is automatically deleted if you don't opt to save it. Your hard drive doesn't just automatically become full from playing games and not saving clips.
