Played Dustforce? I'm not sure if that qualifies as "Action" though. What is "action" anyway? Does it require real combat or is it enough if the game moves fast and isn't a puzzle/casual game?

Honestly I'm in the mood for more games like Dustforce where it's just fun to move around regardless of your objective. If a Metroidvania doesn't make me feel like some sort of reality warper by the time I'm done with it and gotten used to the movement mechanics, it must not be trying hard enough. Looking at you, Hollow Knight.

What are some other games like that? I'm currently running down the list of "Metroidvania" hoping I'll find something but really anything works.
