Dungeons are bland and shit for the most part, it's too easy, most characters are pointless and too much of the plot is wasted on them, the plot itself feels very rushed in the last third. The vision quests and music were great at least.

Also you have your absolutely hellish cancer dungeon in form of the Monolith at the end of the game and it's by far the worst part of the game.
Tedious and obtuse dungeons don't equal good.

Not in SH's case. There was nothing that made any of the dungeons interesting to go through.

I can agree with this, the monolith was by far the worst dungeon in the game. It was bland, tedious, and at no point was there any challenge either. It just tested your patience more than anything. None of the dungeons outside of the bonus ones were any good.

Funny enough the Monolith is the one that comes closest to Strange Journey's recycled padding bullshit you put up with for the whole game, but YHVH help you if you suggest to SMTards that those maps suck ass.

At least a lot of Soul Hackers maps don't wear out their welcome and try some unique little puzzles throughout the game.

I hate the magnetite system. The best thing about smt has always been constantly improving the quality of your demons. This game punishes that by charging you a steep fee for using high level demons.
