Only if you didn't finish sidequests on route A. Other than that it differs for the bigger part.

Make the hacking minigame something that's only available after you stun an enemy with regular combat. Speed up the parts where 2B and 9S were together the whole time (with Pods 053 and 142 summarizing it in their side conversations or something) and give 9S more to do in his own sections. I was really disappointed by his part after the sea battle.
