47's design is great because it makes sense for an assassin to have a very generic appearance (bald white guys look very similar no matter what) that also allows him to disguise himself easily.
The suits makes him look professional and is again quite a generic choice of outfit that isn't going to get him recognised compared to something like combat fatigues and body armour which are harder to buy discreetly compared to a suit which can be bought anywhere.
Also wears gloves to cover prints and the bald head prevents him leaving hair at the scene too.
The only part which kind of contradicts everything is his damn obvious barcode on his neck.
