What are your hopes and worries if they decided to make a sequel?I know this is a very unrealistic hope, but let's pretention that the Tetris company and Sega is nicer than we think.
How could you possibly want a sequel?
Anyway, the demo has been a lot of fun but I'm not sure if I want to drop £35 on it. I just sold Zelda so I have the money waiting for a game, but at the same time I'm really into Crash so I probably could wait until Splatoon 2.

Fuck that.
Puyo Puyo Fever 3 or burst.

Maybe it's because of the story mode and the characters/aesthetics in general.

Yeah this is definitely not everybody's cup of tea.
And the lack of marketing besides the clean demo also kind of cucked the entire first impression of the game. And the bare bones title doesn't seem to convince people to cough up 30 bucks US on it either.

>lack of marketing
Pretty sure the game had tv commercials and everything.
Why is 30 dollars a bad price for this anyway? Are people just not aware of how much content a Puyo game usually comes with?
The game is already perfect

I'm struggling because it's £35 ($50?) in the UK on Switch is where I'd want to play it for that co-op and bed play.

Gunvolt burst is good and cheap

you could try to find a copy in a bargain bin in some general super markets. I'm already seeing some copies of PPT with the key chains already winding up in the bins with 25% off sticket at Walmart.
>Just bought this on Sunday because I noticed they're getting rid of the keychain editions
>Was $30
>I don't even own a Switch yet
I kind of feel like I fucked up, but at the same time I can see physical copies of this game being super in-demand years from now due to the Switch's portability.

Supermarkets here aren't even doing Switch games. I have to buy everything online. Only GAME and CEX have them as far as I've seen, but they're £50 (and upwards for CEX even though it's a used game store).

In order of what I want the most
1. pc release
2. Customizable arr and das
3. More characters
4. Tetris maps
5. Local splitscreen redesign for layout, I need to have the next piece in the top corner fairly visible.
The game is great for what it is I don't think it really needs a sequel.

Aren't Switch games region free?
Puyo Puyo has a wicked learning curve, and comprehensive english tutorials on how to learn to play properly are difficult to find.
If it does get a sequel, I doubt it'll be westernized.
