That doesn't have anything to do with this, at all.
As you've been told, Sony posess the rights over the Original Crash Bandicoot Trilogy, the remake is its own thing and Activision, the ones who have absolute control over the Crash Bandicoot IP, are the people who have the last word on whether this N-Sane Trilogy will be ported to other platforms or not.

From playing the trilogy, the relics in 2 seems off in design, there doesn't seem to be any leniency, they don't take into account cycles and things like that. Crash 1's times seem fair
