All open world games should have something like this
>>382739318
Open world "games" should not exist in the first place.

Said the basement dweller.

> gets lost easily
> agoraphobic
> inability to make ruddimentary decisions
> requires boundries / explicit instructions
> unable to navigate open spaces
> requires handholding
> born directionless
> short attention span / requires constant visual stimulation
Nigga you don't need games, you need a tour bus.

No the reason I hate then had nothing to do with any of that. They are filled with repetitive and boring content. They are oceans with the depth of a kiddy pool
>>382740250
wtf I hate myself now
>>382739441
Nah, they have a right to exist. I just wish they weren't EVERY FUCKING GAME NOW INCLUDING ZELDA!!!

well, technically, almost every Zeldagame were openworld games, somehow
Breath of the Wild basically added two things to Zeldagames
-you can go everywhere, where you want, no boundaries inside the world
-you can take the dungeons at any order you want, or you can go straight to the boss (after the tutorial area of course)

I don't remember the older Zelda games having Ubisoft towers and completely aimless and repetitive gameplay.
>>382739318
Do you always forget where you've been?
>>382739318
Imagine if Witcher 3 or Horizon had this.
>Activate path mode.
>Everyone's map is the same because you spend the whole game following glowing trails back and forward.
>>382742787
>tfw BOTW is so good that people have resorted to defending Ubishit towers to prove that it sucks
We're living the dream

agree (except that in Breath of the Wild, they only add new pieces of the map, not unlock any kind of sidemissions)
>and completely aimless and repetitive gameplay.
that's what I meant with "you can solve anything in any order you want"and actually, you aren't that aimless, after the tutorial-area, you get the hint to meet Impa in Kakariko, so...
and repetitive gameplay, what I remember, always every Zeldagame had repetitive gameplay

Dayz should show this when you die. It'd take like 5 min to code.

All videogames may as well have the depth of a kiddie pool compared to real life anon.
