Basically the creators admit they fuckd up. The game's balance is shit and you'll feel it in the last stretch. You've been getting barely any experience and the late game enemies will rape your ass.

For the 30th anniversary game I'm really astounded by their dedication towards creating an experience that just about any fan of any dq era can enjoy.
