Bruma itself is finsished although there probably will be bugs that will get fixed in the future. Bruma should use a lot of the same assets as the rest of Cyrodiil so implementing other regions of Cyrodiil should speed up. Also there are other development teams working on other parts of Tamriel so they should come out "relatively" soon.

Haven't heard much about it. Are they planning on some kind of overarching main plot once other parts of Cyrodiil are implemented?
