I legitimately don't get it. It's endless corridors that just repeat the same enemy over again three or four times. How the hell does this get praise? I can't think of much that was as underwhelming as this in the simplicity of its core design.

But that's definitely untrue. Say what you will about SoTN, but the enemy variety is massive, and there's almost no pallet swaps or asset reuse.
