Garrosh being the most obvious turning point in MoP, he quality in general took a dive. Really, what DID he expect would happen if he made Garrosh warchief? He didn't have any advisors that he could trust outside of Baine (who was promptly eliminated.) Vol'Jin and Sylvanas outright despised him. He fact that everyone keeps sucking him off despite his continuing failures astounds me.

Legion is okay on this end, but the damage has been done. The fact that we will never see an interesting canon storyline for Garrosh, Vol'Jin, Baine, etc. is a shame.

The Huojin Pandaren might stick around for a while to attempt a relief effort for the Orcs and Trolls remaining, but eventually they too will have to leave the Horde and return to Pandaria as well.

Orcs don't have anymore strong leaders like Thrall or even Garrosh to lead them, and their numbers are already low enough. They'll either leave abandon the city to attempt a better life, OR maybe even attempt to (Allah forgive me for saying this) go into Alternate Draenor to join Orc tribes there on the Uncorrupted Draenor.

The truly fucked race are the Darkspear Trolls. Their troll brothers like the Frost or Amani hate their guts for fighting them in their time with the Horde, and there is no leader to lead the Darkspear now that Vol'jin is dead. Most likely they'll break off and attempt being a neutral race as well, but without farms, they're more likely to end up at best nomads, at worse, no different than the troll mobs you fight in Stranglethorn.

Can someone explain what is up with Helya and Odyn?
Odyn is sitting in the warrior class hall, he's a questgiver throughout Stormheim, he never ever seems in peril at any point.

But when you fight Helya in Trial of Valor, immediately after being judged worthy by Odyn, she keeps saying shit like, "Odyn will never be free!" and/or "You will never rescue your precious Odyn".

What exactly is that about? I feel like I've missed some kind of major plot thing. I thought we were only fighting her because she was trying to corrupt the valajar into tideborn so she could take over Azeroth.

1. Warrior
Literal hall of gods. Layout could be more interesting but at the same time you never get lost, have easy access to everything and you can jump to any point in the broken shore with no fuss.

2. Mage
It's located in Dalaran, the current seat of power. Makes you feel important since mages are such a big deal in the expansion lore-wise and you're working directly with Khadgar as a near-equal.

3. Paladin
It's an underground cathedral. It looks amazing, it's very nice to be in. The only downside is having to share it with other paladins.

All the rest are kind of trashy, with shaman being the worst from a layout point of view and rogue being so fucking dull it hurts.

I've said it before and I'll say it again: Garrosh is one of the most mismanaged characters I've ever seen in a videogame. They had a very good thing going on at the start of Cataclysm, the forgotten son who realized his father was more heroic than he had thought and now seeked to prove himself, with good intentions despite his brashness and tendency towards acting first, talking later. I mean, the young warrior thrown into a position of leadership who insists he's not appropiate is pretty much "How to make a good and likeable leader in a fictional setting 101".

Missions like the ones with the nuked druid glade showed that, while desperate and willing to resort to war to survive, he still cared about people from all races and wasn't just looking for glory and loot. And him berating Sylvanas for killing and raising people as undead showed he despised any kind of war crimes, atrocities and black magic that toyed with human lives. And despite his mistakes, he could have grown into a great warchief with the help of the older and more experienced leaders. Vol'jin first of all.

But the great majority of players at that moment didn't even want to give him a chance, and Blizzard just gave up on actually writing good stuff showing his character development and instead made him instantly go from "I know I'm not suited for this role and I'm having a hard time with it, but I'm still going to try my best for the sake of everyone" to "HA HA FUCK EVERYONE ORC MASTER RACE WE'RE GONNA BLOW UP THERAMORE AND USE TERRIBLE, FORBIDDEN MAGIC".

I feel like the end of Pandaria, with the spirits saying Garrosh wasn't to blame for all the stuff that had happened was the last person on Blizzard who still cared a bit for Garrosh trying to set his lore back on track, before he got beaten up and imprisoned in a closet for Warlords of Draenor.

Garrosh was mishandled but at least discussing him is interesting. The closest thing Blizzard has now to a likable character is a dead mustache-twirler and your surrogate magic dad.

I was really disappointed with the class halls. I had much more fun with my garrison in WoD, being able to build whatever buildings I wanted. I would rather they have expanded the garrison system to include a bunch more styles and stuff. Maybe even have a way to build a big guild base with your guild.

The class halls are just watered down garrisons you have to share with other people, so they don't really feel special. Add to that the fact that half of them are lame as shit cop outs and reusing of old assets. DK, DH, rogue, and shaman class halls are a fucking joke. Monks already had a class hall in mop, and it was perfect for the class, but they decided to make some generic weeb looking shit that's just a mishmash of old mop assets.

Fucking pathetic. Idk what else I expected from Blizzard though. At least the druid and warrior class halls are spot on.
