yeah wow the monster just leaves after I abuse its retard AI by standing on a table or hide in a closet for a while and then I can go back to solving stupid fucking puzzles.
"No weapons" shit like Amnesia have ruined horror games. They went from being campy games of survival in the first half, escape/defeat the monsters in the second half, to pathetic joke puzzle games with periodic prompts telling you to check in at the safe zone so the monster will go away until the end of the game where you either escape the spooky mansion or a 2deep4u twist takes place.
