Mr Domino killing himself is a metaphor. No one could stop him, except for himself. What do you do when you're at the zenith of your life? When there is no one better than yourself? You end it, as there are no more worlds to conquer. Every moment since then would have been lesser, so going out on top, literally, was what he did.

The older you get, as time moves on, it is hard not think about mortality and what was behind you, and what is ahead. Mr Domino kept moving, no matter what, with a silent smile on its face. A sort of quiet dignity, which is always commendable.
