Either use them on your waifu to make her less of a carry case or spend them on the most memetastic damage dealers once they are in the game.
You can't farm Grails, you only get them from story rewards. So make absolutely sure you don't waste them on shit you will regret in a few months. Right now the only one that's worth Grailing is Herc in my opinion. Maybe Waver if you really feel like you need the extra HP, but that's questionable.

Jeanne only requires class pieces and class monuments in order to ascend. It's a pain in the ass, but you can get all these from dailies. Hell, someone posted an image of a Lv.96 Jeanne already.

For most other characters, all the ascension material isn't even available yet and so they're stuck at their current level.

Jeanne is pretty easy to ascend. If you do some of the story quests plus the 30 ap farming quest, it's really easy to ascend her. My jeanne is lvl 70 and im' almost done with gold monuments too to get her to 70+.

It really is strange. Some of the scenes are translated beautifully, with all the flowery and silly Jap metaphors perfectly intact. And then you have scenes with five or more spelling/grammar errors that haven't been proofread a single time that unironically use shit like "it can't be helped". If we are talking about pushing everyone up to Lv.100, then she ends up with stats in the middle of the 3* pack. Gerogios (a 2*) has more HP and Asterios, a 1*, ends up with more ATK.

30 if you need Pieces and Monuments, 10 if you are just doing it for Void Dust. 20 gives you a guaranteed Piece from the final fight while 30 is either a Piece or Monument from that, but 30 has higher drop rates all around and you will need shitloads of Monuments anyways so it's worth doing it over 20 even if you are primarily after Pieces right now.
