I really can't think of any. For example, as bad as Sonic 06 was, it produced a lot of unintended laughs and ultimately I'm glad it exists in a "so bad it's good" way. You could also argue that games with shitty fanbases like DaS should go, but it's not the game's fault it has a shitty fanbase. And lastly there are plenty of bad games of course, but nobody is forced to play them, if you don't like it then just don't play it, easy as that.

Bad games are teachers of what not to do.
Even if you remove genre-defining games of genres you don't like, the same genre may have still developed without the defining title. I'm sure if RE4 didn't exist, other third person shooters would come around and make the genre similar to how it is today.
