Just slap on some cosmetic mods such as a weather and flora overhaul and dive right in. There is nothing missing gameplay-wise this is not a Bethesda game.

Should I install fallout 3 and get tales of two wastelands?
My PC is a shit station below minimum for new vegas, but I have 8GB memory so it should atleast be stable
