Well you should've specified. Animal Crossing New Leaf, Fallout 1/2, and Star Wars KotOR 2 stand out as good examples to me.

KotOR 2 really changes several plot points, and heavily changes how the protagonist interacts with party members. It even makes one girl not even join your party and get replaced by a guy. That last bit is arguably not a good thing since it limits your choices, however.

Fallout 1 and 2 give you a lot of unique interactions with characters, mostly sexual, that only happen if you're a woman.

New Leaf plays out mostly the same, but there's a subtle difference in some lines the villagers will say to you if you're a girl, and how a few of them will treat you. The best part is that if you're a boy and just dress like a girl all the time, they'll eventually start referring to you as one. Completely degenerate; absolutely wonderful.

This is definitely false because I played the game for months fully decked out in girl clothes with a female hairstyle and none of the dialogue ever changed to reflect this.
