Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 literally has a dedicated "teleport behind you" button. It's how you break out of combos, any time you're in hitstun you can press A to spend stamina to teleport behind enemy, but if they react quickly enough and press back on the control stick + attack they can counter it and keep their combo going. I think there's also a way to fake it out by teleporting in place. It's a pretty good system that adds depth to the fighting.
